Mama Workouts

You dedicate everything to your little ones, now it’s time for you to focus on yourself. Come and get your sweat on with other mamas in our fun mama workouts. Can’t get a sitter? No problem, for an extra $5/ class we will watch your little one while you focus on you. 

PRENATAL: Wednesdays 4:30pm- 5:15pm Starting Sept. 2024.

MAMA: Thursdays 5- 5:45pm & Fridays 12-12:45pm

Prenatal

Bridging core, breath, and pelvic floor work, this class is designed to help women safely navigate fitness from one to 40+ weeks pregnant. Designed to help build strength til 6 months and maintain strength from 6-9 months. 

Mama

A class for all those called Mama! A space to connect with other moms while exercising out in a supportive environment. The class will include a mix of HIIT and weight lifting. Safe for newly postpartum moms as well.
