You dedicate everything to your little ones, now it’s time for you to focus on yourself. Get your sweat on in our 6 Week Mama Workout Series with other mamas in our small group classes. Can’t get a sitter? No problem, add on a child minding package and we will watch your little one in the best child minding space around while you focus on you!

6 Week Prenatal Workout Series:
Bridging core, breath and pelvic floor work, this class is designed to help women safely navigate fitness from one to 40+ weeks pregnant. Designed to help you build strength until 6 months and maintain strength from 6-9 months.
